Frankie and I will be including this petition in his commutation application packet to Governor Newsom. We would like to show Governor Newsom the amount of support Frankie has in the community. Granting clemency would not give Frankie a release date however, it will give him an opportunity of one day having a parole hearing and prove to the commissioners that he is not a threat to society.
